Mind Body Reconnect (MBR) is a holistic, person-focused approach that combines a range of practical tools and techniques to support people living with chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, post-viral fatigue, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Long Covid, anxiety, depression, and other long-term health conditions. Its purpose is to help restore balance between the mind and body, encouraging greater well-being, resilience, and overall life satisfaction.
The MBR process is delivered through a series of individual coaching sessions, alongside the integration of simple yet powerful practices into everyday life. Together, we explore the deeper factors that may be contributing to your symptoms, gaining insight into the relationship between emotional well-being, thought patterns, and physical health.
As your understanding develops, you'll learn how to apply these tools independently, empowering you to become your own coach.
Over time, this can help you create a more meaningful, authentic, and fulfilling life that reflects your individual needs and values.
A key part of MBR is learning to pay attention to what is happening within the body.
This includes noticing physical sensations, feelings, and the emotions that often sit beneath them. Emotions can be viewed as valuable messages that help guide us, protect us, and indicate what we need to thrive. MBR teaches you how to recognise and understand these messages, using them as a pathway towards improved health and well-being.
According to MBR founder Clare Caldwell, our bodies communicate through emotions and, when those emotions go unheard, they begin to communicate more loudly through physical symptoms.
When authentic emotions are repeatedly ignored or suppressed, symptoms can develop over time as the body's way of drawing attention to unmet needs.
If this pattern continues, individuals may enter what MBR describes as the "symptom state," where issues such as persistent fatigue, brain fog, pain, burnout, and other physical challenges significantly affect daily life and overall quality of life.
By developing a deeper understanding of these mind-body connections, individuals can begin to identify what their bodies are trying to communicate.
This awareness creates opportunities to respond differently, make healthier choices, and build a life that aligns with their true values, purpose, and emotional needs.

Sessions & Fees
Sessions are held online via Zoom and last 60 minutes.
Each session is charged at £90 and is payable in advance via an online booking system here on my website.
How many sessions will I need?
Whilst every person’s journey is unique, most clients work with me for between 8 and 12 sessions. The number of sessions needed will depend on your individual circumstances and where you are in your understanding of your symptoms and recovery journey. We can discuss what feels appropriate for you during your introductory call.
Reduced Rate Spaces
I offer a limited number of reduced-rate spaces for clients on a lower income or experiencing financial hardship.
If this applies to you, please feel free to mention it during your free introductory call. Reduced-rate spaces are offered subject to availability and may occasionally be subject to a waiting list.
